Ticket Purchase and Payment
Tickets for the workshop must be purchased online through our website and are payable only via Credit Card at the time of booking. All sales are final, and payment must be completed in full to secure your spot.
Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets are personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred or resold without prior written consent from Stepright Studios.
Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may lead to ticket cancellation without a refund.
Workshop Schedule and Content
We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, teachers, or content as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees via email and SMS
Workshop times may be adjusted, so please check email communications closer to the event date.
Cancellation and Refunds
Organizer-Initiated Cancellation: Should we need to cancel the workshop, attendees will receive a full refund.
Attendee-Initiated Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will not be provided within 7 days of the workshop start date.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour disrupts or negatively impacts the experience of others.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending the workshop, you acknowledge that Stepright Studios is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
Use of Images and Recordings
Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness without compensation.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for workshop-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
